The manufacturing industry is facing a growing gap in technical skills. We believe that raising the standard of industrial electrical and mechanical trades benefits the entire Australian manufacturing sector.

Our vision is to provide young people with a clear, supported pathway to industry success. Standard TAFE courses focus heavily on residential wiring, leaving apprentices unprepared for the complex realities of heavy manufacturing. To solve this, we built a dedicated in-house Training Centre. We provide apprentices with direct exposure to heavy automation, PLC fault-finding and machine safety design, giving them the exact hands-on experience they need to confidently sit their Capstone Exam. By sharing our depth of knowledge and giving back to the industry, we ensure the next generation of tradespeople are fully equipped to support the future of Australian manufacturing.
